How to process an email PO

1.    An email from a customer will come in with an attachment. This will be the PO. 

2.    Log in to their account via Big Commerce. This can either be with the email address that has sent the PO or the email address that has the highest number of orders for that company.

3.    Copy and paste the codes written on the PO into the website and add them to the cart.  

4.    Head to the cart to checkout

5.    Check the shipping address written on the PO matches the shipping address on the website. 

6.    Select a shipping method (standard is DHL) 

7.    Check the billing address written on the PO matches the billing address on the website. 

8.    Add the PO number into the PO number field on the website.

9.    Select Pay on Account to complete the order
