Why does my EKG screen read "No Water" when it is filled?

This is a support article going over a known issue with the EKG. They've learned that this can happen if the kettle is submerged in water (or if one of the connector pieces is exposed to water).

If this is the case, the majority of customers have reported that leaving the kettle and base apart to completely dry for a few days remedies the issue. We'd recommend removing the lid of the kettle and placing the kettle upside down on a cloth for 2-3 days. If this doesn't remedy the issue, please reach out to us and we'll be more than happy to help!
