Acaia scales that are purchased in the UK and shipped within the UK are covered by a limited warranty that varies between units. If your Acaia scale fails due to a defect within the warranty period from the date of purchase simply email the retailer you purchased the unit from or our team at support@espresso-solutions.co.uk
Please have the following information prior to contacting Acaia:
- Proof of date of purchase.
- Model and serial number (located on the bottom of the scale) for example Acaia Lunar SN: AL0082XXXXXXX
Please note that in the UK the customer is responsible for paying the freight charges for sending in the Acaia products for replacement/repair.
