Fellow products that are purchased in the UK and shipped within the UK are covered by a limited warranty that varies between units. If your Fellow product fails due to a defect within the warranty period from the date of purchase simply email the retailer you purchased the unit from or our team at support@espresso-solutions.co.uk.
Please have the following information prior to contacting your retailer:
- Proof of date of purchase.
- Model and serial number (located on the bottom of the unit).
Please note that in the UK the customer is responsible for paying the freight charges for sending in the Fellow products for replacement/repair.

Our warranty guarantees Fellow products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time. Please note, in order for a warranty claim to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased and used the product in the United Kingdom
- You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
- Normal wear and tear (dents, dings, scratches, paint chipping, etc.)
- Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage
- Failure to follow all cleaning instructions
- Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty
- Products used or purchased outside of the United Kingdom
